ITALIANO
La parola Punjabi è legata alla regione del Punjabi che letteralmente significa “La Terra dei Cinque Fiumi”, è una terra posta nell'area nord dell'India , i cinque fiumi sono  il Beas, il Ravi, il Sutlej, il Chenab e il Jhelum, tutti tributari dell’Indo. La regione è ricca di storia e tradizioni, i loro abitanti sono chiamati Punjabi e parlano una lingua chiamata appunto Punjabi. In questa zona si intrecciano anche le principali religioni che sono il Sikhismo e l’Induismo e l’Islam. Questo fa si che la cucina tipica sia molto varia e ricca di sapori.

The word Punjabi is linked to the region of Punjabi which literally means "The Land of Five Rivers", it is a land located in the northern area of India, the five rivers are the Beas, the Ravi, the Sutlej, the Chenab and the Jhelum, all tributaries of the Indus. The region is rich in history and traditions, their inhabitants are called Punjabi and speak a language called Punjabi. In this area are also interwoven the main religions which are Sikhism and Hinduism and Islam. This means that the typical cuisine is very varied and rich in flavors.


Here you can find different tasting menus and an a la carte menu with dishes that will lead you to the discovery of new and particular tastes, in a quiet and familiar environment as per our tradition.
